Swallow Refurbishing Ltd was originally formed as a partnership between Malcolm Collis and Colin Hill in 1976. They traded as Collis & Hill until around the mid 1980's when the business name was then changed to Swallow Refurbishing due to the expansion and nature of the business. The Business then formed into a Limited company in August 2004.

Employees

We have a directly employed team of tradesmen who take pride in their work and have worked for the company for many years, this is backed up by regular selected approved subcontractors.

Training

All training is carried out throught the CITB, we currently have apprentices attending college and some who have completed their apprenticeships and now work with competent tradesmen.

Organisation Membership

Swallow Refurbishing Ltd belongs to a number of organisations including the National Federation of Builders, the British Decorators Association and the Business Chamber of Commerce.

Our company have complete Public and Employeers Liability Insurances covering all aspects of our work. Details can be provided on request.

Health & Safety

Our Health & Safety Policy can be provided on request. We carry out full risk assessments and method statements before commencement of contracts where applicable or when requested.

Premises

Our offices, workshop and stores are located on a small industrial business park and has full facilities. We welcome all potential customers who would like to visit us. Our office hours are from 9am till 4.30pm, outside these hours an answer machine is provided.

Works Undertaken

We carry out all aspects of commercial property refurbishments, redecorations, suspended ceilings, partitioning, flooring, display work, joinery, carpentry, building alterations and associated building works. All works are over seen by a competent Site Foreman.
