Extensive fire damage occurred to the 1st floor living accommodation to the Cross Keys Public House, with minor smoke damage to the trading areas.

The rear 1st floor accommodation was partially demolished and rebuilt reforming two bedrooms and passageway. The kitchen and bathroom were reinstated, damage walls and plasterwork were replaced to the 1st floor. New doors, frames and skirtings were fitted, complete with new insulation, flooring and decoration.

All works were carried out within a six week contract period and completed within the time frame.
