Demolition internally of ensuite bedrooms and the creation of a dining room.
Works involved were the removal internal walls and bathrooms, removal of the ceilings to expose the original beam roof structure, the fixing of installation boarding between rafters, building up block work to inner skin walls, plastering, new tiled floor with hardwood decorative cross detail and redecorations.
Our joiners created a new bar counter and display to a restaurant and our decorators created a distressed look finish to the counter fronts.
The refurbishment also required the opening up of the chimney and removal of internal walls, redecorations and flooring.
